KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.  Market Penetration • Introduce product and provides samples as needed
• Ensure timely approval of new accounts application
• Achieve the number of target accounts opened per month
• Negotiate with customers and close sales 
• Achieve sales target per month
2.  Constant Communication to Customer’s • Communicate with customers regularly either through phone or personal (face to face) visit/meeting
• Visit Customers to know if they have new products
• Accomplish the weekly itinerary with complete signatures of visited customers 
• Establish rapport and build good and long term business relationships especially with top customers.

3. Customer Relations and Issue Resolution • Manage the requirements of customers
• Coordinate with and support operations and HR & Admin regarding their requirements, e.g. Quality Audits
• Coordinate with involved department and resolve customer complaints / issues
4.  Collection • Monitor status of Accounts Receivable from accounts and assist Finance in collecting if necessary
• Advise customers with orders put on hold
• Negotiate or settle with customers regarding their pending payments

5.  Planning • Identify target accounts
• Survey competitors pricing and practices 
• Analyse accounts and market trends
• Recommend and present programs or strategies to achieve targets

6.  Forecasting • Forecast per item based on the analysis of accounts in the market
• Submit report forecast on time.
7.  Sales Monitoring and Reports Generation • Monitor Sales and collection performance 
• Generate regular Sales Report
• Create presentations as assigned by Sales Manager
• Generate ad hoc Sales report as required by sales manager
