Job Description: Must have a 5-year Banking Experience or Accounting Firm experience with
focus on Project Financing
Job overview: This position ensures timely preparation of accounting books, documents,
management advisory, research works and other accounting works in relation to the real estate
development and transactions as well as the financial interest of the existing corporate entities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct, supervise, and manage real estate development project and transactions as well as
project financing for residence & commercial real estate projects.
Reviews all external and internal transactions, agreements and other documents of the
company to ensure the Company’s rights and interests are protected, and risks exposure and
liabilities are eliminated, if not minimized.
Review accounting related documents and provides advice as needed by all the Dept. of the
Supervision of company’s accounting transactions and provides recommendations to the
Monitors assigned accounts and keeps the management status update
Ensures company’s compliance with relevant laws, generally accepted accounting principles,
and company obligations arising from licenses, laws and contracts.
Maintains organized filing of all accounting documents.
Other duties as assigned from time to time.
BS Accountancy graduate and a Certified Public Accountant
Candidate must have 1 to 3 years’ progressive work-related experience in the practice of
accounting with expertise in residential, condominium and commercial real estate
development. Hands on experience with project financing, structuring, negotiating and leading
transactions and taxation in the Philippines.
Work is performed in a normal office environment.
Willing to work at Pasay near Mall of Asia area.
Willing to render overtime work for urgent matters
Can work with foreigners
