RTC Group is looking for a positive, energetic person to assist clients and staff as a first level of contact as part of the main operator and front desk Administrative Support team. This position will provide exceptional customer service and administrative excellence to clients and staff. It will require the employee to answer a busy Center-wide multiline phone system systematically. In order to support the Administrative team the employee will also be asked to float to support the needs of the front office staff at various offices .
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsible for main switchboard, centralized scheduling, myHealthPointe support (client portal), Health Crowd (appointment reminder system) messaging customers, and submitting medication refill request.
Cross trained to assist clients at the Front Desk.
Float to other offices within to support the customer services and administrative duties of the Front Desk and Main Operator team.
Provide administrative support to the various RTC Center teams/programs.
Assist clients in the Navigation suite.
Sign/sort/track incoming deliveries, mail and incoming/outgoing messages via other technology (e-mail, text etc..).
Maintain at least a 98% answer rate for calls coming into the Attendant Work Station within five rings.
Documents all contacts according to RTC Group and Navigation Program standards while meeting productivity standards as identified by the Program Coordinator.

Initiate and maintain effective interpersonal relations with consumers, peers, staff and the general public exhibiting courtesy, enthusiasm, flexibility and a spirit of cooperation.

Attend mandatory meetings and trainings. To be compliant with individual training plan.
Participates in supervision by coming prepared with an agenda. Utilizes a problem solving approach as well as feedback. Attends supervision at times and intervals agreed upon with supervisor.
Works cooperatively with other community agencies, as appropriate, and in agreement with supervisor.
