Dempsey HR:
NOTE: FEMALE ONLY 31-41 YEARS OLD WITH PLEASING PERSONALITY.
· To Asst. Operations Head, and General Manager
· To Monitor Shipments
· Preparation Purchased Orders
· Good English communication skills (above Average)
· Prepare paperwork and filing
· Asst. Sales agents
· Coordinate with sales coordinators,sales agent & General Manager.
· Coordination with suppliers abroad
· Make sure that all request and updates are well coordinated with the supplier and sales agent.
· Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Specification / Qualification
· Education: College graduate; Must be graduate of any four year course
· Experience: Preferably with at least 1 year experience However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
· Skills: Can communicate in English & Filipino. Good Computer skills. Must be analytical, creative and goal oriented.

SALARY RANGE: depends to her experience
Php20-25K; negotiable
WORK SCHEDULE: Working Hours: 8AM to 5PM , Mondays – Fridays
