Qualifications/ Preferred Skills:
Experience and/or familiarity with proposal development is preferred. This includes technical writing, cost estimation and management at the executive level.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong editing skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational skills, skilled in setting priorities and meeting deadlines, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to follow instructions with accuracy, precision and attention to detail, ensuring no element is overlooked.
Works well independently and in teams; proactive in anticipating work requirements and problem-solving
Must exhibit a positive attitude, collaborative/cooperative teamwork spirit including a no-task-is-unimportant work ethic on all work assignments
Willing to be assigned other tasks as needed and work as part of a small team
Must live within a close driving distance to the corporate office (West Downtown Jacksonville, FL)
Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience

Education / Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Political Science and all technical degrees will be considered.
Experience working in a corporate environment is a must.
Experience in cost estimation, calculation of labor rates and bid/quote generation is preferred.
Knowledge of the commercial/industrial custodial industry is a plus, but not required.
The ideal candidate has previous experience working in upper-level management part-time or full-time (retired or semi-retired executives)
