from The Inn at Trails Corner, a new 180 bed dormitory-style sober community
for adult men and women who attend our outpatient day treatment programs. The

The primary role of the Case Manager is to coordinate the
aftercare needs of each client based on a person-centered process which is
driven by an individualized treatment plan that functions to maintain the
individual’s well-being and prioritize treatment goals and objectives. The Case
