SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE: Having worked in job positions managing people and projects at least five years, better in call centers, service or customer care companies. Sales experience.
Person responsible of guaranteeing that projects (campaigns) are delivered according to was agreed with the client, to the business policies and to profitability goals.
Work with Program Leaders planning, managing and controlling leads in profiling, approved or in campaign to make sure the campaign has enough leads to meet campaign objectives
Perform analysis and reporting about projects/campaigns asigned, operationally and financially
Ensure the timely billing of projects and follow-up on their collection
Coordinate with commercial team to obtain a Revenue Walk, a SOW, or a value proposal operationally consistent with the business guidelines
Work with Sales, Human Resources and Finance to create proposals aligned with the business policies and project delivery capacity
Approve the resources required for execution of the campaigns and coordinate with HR the selection and hiring process
Identify the training needs of delivery team and coordinate with Education for execution
Working in conjunction with Human Resources in the definition and follow-up of the career plan, certifications required, and periodic evaluations of the staff in charge.
Execute periodical performance evaluation for team members and provide them personal feedback
Work with HHRR for hiring resources and for managing training, salary and bonuses or any other HHRR issues related to the current staff.
