• Dining Supervisor oversees the overall operations of the F & B dining.
• He/ She is also responsible in establishing an efficient and effective operation.
• Supervise the store operation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plans and directs activities related to the operation and services.
• Conducts daily roving inspection of entire restaurant.
• Monitors operations particularly in the dining to ensure the best and efficient service to the guests.
• Implements proper sanitation in the restaurant and food handling operations, safety and hygiene habits and dining equipment.
• Implements the code of the discipline set by the company and make sure that all employees adheres to the rules and regulations of the company.
• Preferably possess a Bachelor’s/ College degree.
• At least 2 years of working experience as Dining Supervisor in a restaurant.
• Male/Female not over 35 years old.
• Honest and trustworthy. Gives commitment in work.
• Practices a positive attitude in handling staff and problems.
• Professional and neat looking.
• With great ideas in the promotion of F&B.
• With good motivation skills, a model leader.
• Can make quick and effective decisions.
• Good planning activities and workshops.
• Can work under pressure.
SALARY RANGE: 18,000 to 23,000 inclusive of allowance
WORK LOCATION: Binondo, Manila and Pasay
WORK SCHEDULE: Broken Schedule/Shifting Schedule
