Job Description
Geodata IT is currently hiring a Help Desk Support Specialist in Springfield, VA.
The Help Desk Support Specialist will have experience monitoring and supporting ticket workflows. As well as, coordinating and communicating outages and plans for recovery. This position will be responsible for providing technical assistance and telephonic support for Service Desk Maintain documentation of problems.
You must be dedicated to consistent and on-time attendance. We look for folks that really love learning and want to commit to growing with our company.
This position falls with in the DoD 8570 baseline of IAT I. You must have an active TS/SCI and one of the following certifications: CompTIA A+CE, CCNA-Security, Network+CE, or SSCP to apply for this position. A copy of your certificate(s) will be required before you can be submitted for the position.
