Geodata IT is currently hiring a Mid-Level Help Desk Support Specialist in the Springfield, Virginia area.
The Mid-Level Help Desk Support Specialist will have at least three years of experience monitoring operational activity for all networks. This position will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support, monitoring and support ticket workflows, and coordinate and communicate outages and plans for recovery. You must be able to: create documentation and SOPs.
The shift is 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

An active top secret (TS/SCI) clearance from the United States government is required to submit an application for this position. Please note that we are only hiring what is known as “cleared” personnel at this time. If you do not hold a top secret clearance with an SCI, you cannot be considered for this position.
This position falls with in the DoD 8570 baseline of IAM I. One of the following certifications is required: CAP, GSLC, or Security+ CE
