The primary responsibility of the Human Resources Coordinator is to provide HR administrative support with customer service excellence.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
•Administers and updates applicant and HR information in HR Information System (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS) and Company Intranet including maintaining library and calendar, birthdays list by adding new hires, business card orders and follow up, recognition, wellness, benefits, and other information as needed.
•Maintains HR and Contractor electronic and hard copy files for compliance and audit purposes; conducts monthly audits researching and tracking government exclusions and sanction lists; ensures appropriate documentation from new hires and existing staff, including but not limited to licensure, background checks, employment authorizations etc.
•Processes employment tests and verifications as needed.
•Coordinates or assists with sending organization’s announcements, ticket and gift card giveaways, processes/coordinates employee anniversary and retirement recognition checks and coordinates CEO, operations and HR calendars for recognition.
•Greets, directs and assists internal and external customers in a professional and customer service oriented manner via phone or faces to face to appropriate extension, person or location. May process HR or executive customers/visitors on arrival, including and not limited to receiving photo identification, issuing visitor badge, and documenting information on log for auditing purposes Creates identification badge, and maintain records of all employees, consultants, and visitors who are issued a badge. Logs and tracks badge information for auditing purposes
•Coordinates Technology Assoc. Of Georgia (TAG), applicant interviews, other meetings and/or travel arrangements for these activities, which make include booking airline, ground transportation, room, restaurant or catering, and/or other arrangements. Makes sure conference rooms are set up properly for from equipment, IT, and arrangement standpoint. Straightens onsite rooms after use.
•Generates reports, letters and/or documents; and researches information as needed.
•Orders supplies, awards, business cards etc., as needed, and mail shipment follow up. Reconciles logs and invoicing. Follows up with employees on shipment administration.
•Adheres to safety and security; and may serve as fire warden for department.
•Assist facilities manager or executive office as needed and may serve as back-up administrative assistant as needed and without conflicting with HR obligations
•Perform other administrative duties as required and assigned
