Duties and Responsibilities
in preparation of the weekly schedule for operations staff.
and liaison with engineering and maintenance staff, with the repair and
maintenance of all facility equipment, including building systems, meeting rooms,
and office regularly and as assigned.
the Operations activities with event departments and event related contractors
to assure facility readiness and smooth operation of events. Assist Event Department as needed in securing

in keeping accurate inventory of building tools, machinery, cleaning supplies
and building equipment.
