Job Description

Outside Independent Multi Line Sales Representative will obtain new and maintain existing customers.  He/she has the responsibility to represent his/herself and the Company in the most ethical and professional manner while operating with high levels of integrity.   An understanding of Military and Tactical, as well as, Fire, Law Enforcement and Public Safety are required for this position.

Job Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish professional and service oriented customer relationships
• Maintain and service current accounts
o Receive and review orders in conjunction with Inside Sales/Customer Service to ensure all information is complete and accurate
o Work together with Inside Sales/Customer service to provide accounts with inventory information, delivery estimates, order confirmations, pricing, freight quotes
o Identify and help resolve customer needs
 Match customer needs to Soffe products
 Identify and overcome customer objections
 Ensure pricing that meets Soffe objectives
o Service current programs as well as cultivate new sale opportunities within the current account base
o Provide product presentations at customers place of business
o Manage communication with both customer and Soffe with a sense of urgency
• Identify potential account opportunities and convert to new accounts
o Follow up on all provided leads within a timely manner
Travel Expectations
Schedule weekly travel that includes existing accounts, lead follow-up and cold call prospecting
• Travel 3-4 weeks each month
o Mon/Fri office days
o Tues – Thur travel
o Last week of each month working from home office
• Candidate must reside in one of the sales territory states.
