Job Summary:


The Payroll Clerk/HR Administrator will be responsible for payroll related activities which support the Human Resources department.  Primary functions include processing payroll, employee relations, and a variety of personnel related administrative tasks.


Job Functions:


  • Performs payroll functions; processes the interface from the timekeeping system (Kronos) with the payroll system (UltiPro), and makes necessary pay/garnishment/disability adjustments.

  • Assists with new hire employee orientation, performs employment verifications, maintains records, administers benefits and assists with administering policies.

  • Assists department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees.

  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor degree in human resources, business, or related field desired.
• Prefers one – two years experience in payroll or other human resources field.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with others.
• Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail are a must.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office software.
