Job Description

 

· Role Description

· Responsible for exceeding sales goals and maintaining the health of pipeline.
· Provides management an accurate view of future revenue.
· Works with Marketing to ensure right pipeline and with Services to ensure sufficient
capacity is available.
· Stays up-to-date on technology and other trends in the customer’s vertical industry.
· Competencies:
Hard Skills
o Solid understanding of solution and business processes
o Identification and articulation of value of solution
o Opportunity management
o Master in sales-cycle management, pipeline management and forecasting
o Fundamental understanding of competition and competitive differentiation
o Knowledge of the solution, the Microsoft stack and vertical solution
o Ability to sell an IT strategy and roadmap.
Soft Skills
o Ability to sell an IT strategy and roadmap.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with emphasis on listening
and on preparing proposals.
o Running effective executive meetings
o Understanding of business-decision makers’ thinking ability to show empathy
o Fundamental understanding of competition and competitive differentiation
o Ability to adapt to changing scenarios

Qualifications
· IT/ERP Sales experience is an advantage
· Graduate of any 4-year business course or information technology course.
· Exposure in accounts management from Manufacturing and Retail industries would be an
advantage.
