Job Description: Responsibilities -schedule management -translation (interpretation) of oversea calls -answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence -maintaining diaries and arranging appointments -organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

Description: American lady, who can work as a secretary (involving translation) and can attend business trip to America.

Target nationality : American, ( but Canadian / British/ Australian / New Zealand is also acceptable)

Sex: Female only

Age:24- 38 (Fresher welcome)

Basic Qualification:

English Native

Japanese N2 level

Location: central Tokyo

English speaking Secretary in Tokyo
