Position:Executive Vice President, Renewable Energy Division at Northern Rock Inc.
Location: Eastern Kansas
Northern Rock is currently seeking an exceptional transitioning military leader to concurrently serve as Executive Vice President, Renewable Energy Division at Northern Rock, and as President of a rapidly growing Renewable Energy subsidiary company. Responsibilities will include management of 75+ employees, and the operational control of $10-20 million in annual revenue. Applicants must be willing to be located in Eastern Kansas for at least 24 months. Significant opportunities exist for international travel and for promotion into levels of increased responsibility within Northern Rock.

The selected candidate will concurrently serve as Executive Vice President, Renewable Energy Division at Northern Rock, and as President of a rapidly growing Renewable Energy subsidiary company. Day to day responsibilities will include overseeing the operation of a large, rapidly growing company in the renewable energy space, and driving multiple growth initiatives both domestically and in the emerging markets. In their capacity as an Executive Vice President at Northern Rock, the selected candidate will influence corporate strategy for follow-on acquisitions.
Northern Rock will provide the candidate with extensive support, mentorship, and career development resources to ensure their success. The candidate will be offered advancement opportunities into management positions of increasing responsibility across the Northern Rock portfolio of companies.
Compensation will begin at around $120,000 with unlimited earnings potential contingent on subsidiary performance.
