Job Responsibilities:

  • Financial success of the branch.
  • Directly supervise, schedule, and dispatch all Service Technicians with daily and weekly work plan.
  • Drive a safe workplace through encouragement,accountability, and training.
  • Receive and process all customer service calls.
  • Provide technical assistance.
  • Oversee repairs on all rental units.
  • Work with Director of Operations to resolve WIP and maintain a low WIP.
  • Using MH PM system execute daily and weekly plans to complete all PMs on time and follow up on additional work needed.
  • Monitor LTM expenses and take action.
  • Submit all needed service quotes to customers and/or internal departments and follow up.
  • Communicate with customers as necessary and keep them informed of cost overages, delays, additional work, insure their satisfaction.
  • Communicate with Director of Operations on all job delays or issues.
  • Manage the cleanliness of the grounds,service shop, steam pad, break room, etc. to maintain a professional looking image and workplace.
  • Miscellaneous other tasks as required by the Director of Operations.
  • Interview, hire, train, and participate in the education of all Service Technicians.
  • Work with Director of Operations to make sure technicians receive all necessary training.
  • Interface as needed with factory service representatives.
  • Establish and follow policies and procedures with a special emphasis on safety related issues
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
•A technical background is required. Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, fuel systems, charging systems area plus.
•Strong customer relations skills
•Must be neat and organized
•Good telephone skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
•Ability to cope with pressure, multiple projects, frequent interruptions and able to deal with a fast paced position.
•Data entry skills, good basic computer knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office programs.
•Regular and prompt attendance
•Must be a Good Team player and build a Team Environment.
•Supportive of Company and Branch goals and objectives.

Working Conditions: Employee is expected to work a basic 40-hour week Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 whatever time is required to accomplish goals for the position. This position is exempt from paid overtime.
