Job Description

Dynamic Drain Technologies specializes in state-of-the-art camera site surveys and pipelining technologies for multifamily condos and apartment complexes. The state-of-the-art pipelining technologies replaces the legacy model of exposing pipe in need of repair by digging or demolition which is both expensive and highly disruptive. We’re looking for a superintendent to oversee, manage and direct all aspects of a project from beginning to end. The Superintendent will run the day-to-day operations on the job site and control the short-term schedule. The role includes important quality control and subcontractor coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership qualities that allow him or her to take control of a project and produce results. The Superintendent will spend approximately 75% of their time managing internal staff and subcontractors and 25% completing individual project related tasks.

Responsibilities:

· Drive cost-effective project management techniques, highly attentive to quality control

· Project manage subcontractors and internal staff

· Safety management

· Risk management

· Manage preventive, routine and corrective maintenance program for equipment

· Mediate with property mangers and tenants to develop workable solutions to facility shutdowns and access to apartment/condo units

· Maintain OSHA 10 & 30 certification and CSE entry certification

· Develop and demonstrate working knowledge of:

o PACP Infrastructure Intelligence Studies

o Rigid PACP Software’s

o Proficient in DD Smartsheet Design Software

· Completing daily Cured in Place Pipe Lining tasks

· Completing basic plumbing & pipe fitting tasks

· Operating push and main line cameras

· Operating Sonde locating equipment

· Operating pneumatic and robotic reinstatement cutters

· Setting up and operating Picote Drain Technologies

· Operating and maintaining wireless Mongoose 184XL trailer jetter

· Operate Microsoft/IOS based software and PC/Mac Laptops

The Position Requires

· 3+ years of proven construction management or equivalent military experience

· Clean driving record

· Clean background check

· Experience in the commercial and multifamily private facility markets preferred

· Strong leadership skills that inspire

· Proven track record of delivering projects on time and under budget

· Excellent skills working with customers and collaborating with the internal team

· Ability to quickly adjust priorities and shift direction

· Flexibility to contribute to after-hours events and meetings as required

Compensation and benefits

· Compensation

o Depending on experience, annual compensation plan up to $100,000 including base salary, quarterly bonuses and commissions earned

o Group health insurance option after 30 days of employment

o 3% annual IRA employer match (60 day waiting period)
