Job Responsibilities:

  • Pressing and installing tires
  • Maintain cleanliness of the parts department
  • Manage and put away parts inventory
  • Maintain consignment accounts
  • Account for department profit and loss
  • Monitor and communicate order status to customer, including all backorders
  • Communicate with Branch and Factory to expedite orders when necessary
  • Resolve any Customer issues, problems or complaints to satisfy the Customer
  • Support and assist the Service Department, the Aftermarket Sales Representatives and the Material Handling Specialists
  • Follow Company policies and procedures
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • To take ownership and responsibility for offsite parts inventory consignment

•Ability to cope with pressure, multiple projects and frequent interruptions
•Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Adhere to and follow all Safety rules and guidelines.

•Regular and prompt attendance
•Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation.

Working Conditions: This is an hourly position. Employee is expected to work forty hours per week Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. plus overtime as required.
