Virtual Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities:
The Virtual Executive Assistant is responsible for enhancing the executive's effectiveness of daily operations by providing information management support, managing customer support, and helping manage marketing campaigns.
The Virtual Executive Assistant is responsible for delivering amazing customer service by accurately responding to telephone, email and chat requests. Emphasis is made on getting beyond the customer's expectations and managing marketing campaigns.
Virtual Executive Assistant Job Duties:
Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Provide an amazing customer experience, conveying our values
Respond to telephone, email and chat requests promptly, accurately, and be courteous.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Efficiently and effectively enter and process sales orders & book appointments using our industry specific software
Managing ordering of supplies
Aility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Helps to manage marketing campaigns
At least 1 year experience providing personal assistance support at a high level
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as Google apps, online booking software, & managing staff scheduling.
At least 1 year experience managing social media profiles such as instagram, facebook, and twitter.
Zopim, zendesk, and mailchimp experience desired.
